I understand and so hereinafter agree and promise to indemnify and save harmless the owners of ROCK ON THE RUN and their agents, employees,from and against any and all liability,claims,demands,damages,expenses,fees,of any kind and nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with ROCK ON THE RUN. I also understand that rock climbing is a dangerous past time and is not without risk. I may be seriously injured due to many things that are beyond the control of ROCK ON THE RUN. I discharge all responsibility of injury, loss of property, life and assume all responsibilty upon myself.
